Understanding cables

1.  USAID/Sudan requests AID/Washington approval to provide 
Delegation of Authority to the Acting Mission Director Charles 
Knight.  Mr. Knight will serve as Acting Mission Director until the 
arrival of the Mission Director Patrick Fleuret o/a September 9, 
2007. Mr. Knight will have all authorities delegated to Mission 
Directors by AA/AFR by ADS 103.3.11.1, including the authority to 
re-delegate certain authorities.
