1.  This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
2.  In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names and biodata of two Afghan national 
security officials who will receive training as Inspectors General 
at the Marshall Center in Garmisch, Germany, September 5-7, 2007. 
Post possesses no derogatory information on these individuals.  Post 
requests Department's review of these candidates and response by 
August 29, 2007.
