Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). The following fiscal data is being provided by the Regional 
Environmental Hub for expenditures (detailed below) for the 
Environmental Law Enforcement Workshop to be held August 15-17 in 
Medellin (Colombia).

should not exceed USD 165. 
 
This money is to cover a difference in M&IE rates, which changed as 
of Aug. 01, 2007 from USD67 to USD77.  The difference will be 
covered for the three EPA trainers ONLY (Frank Garcia, Jorge 
Urquijo, and Ozzie Romero).  The difference is USD55 for each of the 
trainers.
