Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). The following fiscal data is being provided by the Regional 
Environmental Hub for expenditures (detailed below) for the 
Environmental Law Enforcement Workshop to be held August 20-24 in 
Lima (Peru). 
 
19-726/7103715-1008-7a0926-021000-2403-4121 Total expenditures 
should not exceed USD7,850. 
 
a. Hotel expenses and meals and incidental expenses will be paid for 
8 days/7nights for 2 EPA Trainers (Davis Jones and Jorge Martinez; 
USD700 hotel expenses each and USD600 M&IE each), for 7days/6nights 
for 2 Colombia Trainers (Jesus Solano and Gloria Valenzuela; USD600 
hotel expenses each and USD520 M&IE each), and 6days/5nights for 2 
Ecuador participants (Roberto Cazco and Irma Suarez; USD500 hotel 
expenses each and USD440 M&IE each). Total not to exceed USD 6720. 
 
NOTE: Round trip tickets for each of the above mentioned 
participants have been purchased by the Regional Environmental HUB 
Office in Brasilia and have been sent via e-mail to each 
individual. 
 
b. Lunch for 21 trainees at a cost of USD6 (six dollars) per meal 
for 5 days.  Total not to exceed USD630. 
 
c. USD 500 for miscellaneous expenses (e.g. purchase of CD-ROMS, 
photographer, etc.).
