Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

(SBU)  During a June 1 meeting, econoff drew from reftel 
points to urge Moroccan implementation of UNSC-mandated 
sanctions against Iran.  Ahmed Faouzi, Division Chief for 
International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign 
Affairs, affirmed Moroccan support for UNSCR 1747, but 
stopped short of specifying any particular sanctions Morocco 
has implemented.  Faouzi was thankful to receive a courtesy 
copy of the U.S. 60-day report and said he would forward the 
information to the appropriate offices within the GOM for 
review.  Faouzi emphasized the excellent cooperation the U.S. 
and Morocco enjoy on this subject and pledged to keep Post 
informed of any substantive developments.
