Understanding cables

1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements, 
this cable forwards the names and biodata of two MOD officers 
nominated to attend the Counter Terrorism Executive Session seminar 
in Washington, DC from August 7-22, 2007.  Post has reviewed the 
information available on these individuals and has found no 
derogatory information.  Post requests Department's review of these 
candidates and response by June 30, 2007.
