(SBU) E/P Chief met on May 15 with MFA Director for Multilateral 
Relations Ms. Enkhtsetseg.  After drawing on reftel points to urge 
that Mongolia support Iraq's full participation in the Community of 
Democracies (CD) November 2007 Ministerial meeting, E/P Chief added 
that Mongolia's role as a member of the Coalition in Iraq should 
bolster its support for this.  Enkhtsetseg said she would discuss 
the issue with the Minister, and opined that Mongolia may not decide 
its final position until late June, before the next CD Convening 
Group meeting.
