Understanding cables

Director Kentaro Fujimoto.  Fujimoto responded that Japan 
supports a broad definition of Operative Paragraph 5 of UNSCR 
ΒΆ1747.  He also pointed out that Japan does not export arms to 
any country, including Iran.
