(SBU) Poloff raised reftel points with Kyrgyz MFA Department 
of International Organizations and Security Affairs' Ulan 
Umaraliyev on May 18.  Umaraliyev was appreciative of the 
Department's views on implementing operative paragraph 5 of 
UNSCR 1747, and promised to remind his office -- as well as 
their mission in New York -- of the reporting requirements 
attached to the resolution.
