Understanding cables

Poloff raised reftel incident with MFA Department of 
International Organizations and Security Affairs' Talaibek 
Adjikulov on May 11, and discussed the importance of adhering 
to the parameters set by UNSCRs 1737 and 1747.  Adjikulov 
said that his office would take the incident into 
consideration, and confirmed his government's commitment to 
both UN resolutions.  Ambassador will also follow up with 
National Security Council Secretary Toktokuchuk Mamytov 
separately.
