ΒΆ1. (U) On May 22, A/Polcouns discussed reftel demarche issues 
with non-proliferation expert Dionyssios Kivetos of the MFA 
D1 Directorate for International Organizations.  Kivetos said 
the Government of Greece fully agreed with the broad 
definition of "arms and related materiel" advocated by the 
U.S. for the implementation of UNSCR 1747 and was "blocking 
everything we know about" from being shipped to Iran. 
Kivetos also said that he would ensure that Greece reported 
its implementation of the resolution by May 24, as required.
