Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

1. PolOff delivered ref A points March 29 to Ivan Nekic, general 
manager of Agencija Alan, MOD's arms marketing branch, and MFA head 
of Department for International Security Sanja Bujas-Juraga.  Both 
were pleased by USG position.  Nekic reported that he did not know 
if an actual tender was open but would now move forward in exploring 
possibilities to present a bid.
