Understanding cables

1. (SBU) Country Clearance is requested for Embassy 
Wellington Regional Security Officer (RSO) James P. Doherty 
and Foreign Service National Investigator (FSNI) Ray Millar 
for travel to Apia, Samoa during the period of April 16-20 
2007. The purpose of this trip is provide constituent post 
services and to meet with the Samoan police regarding an 
ongoing investigation.
