1.  On April 10, Embassy received the RGC diplomatic note 
dated April 4 indicating their desire to join the Global 
Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism from the Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.  Post has

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation 
of the Kingdom of Cambodia presents its compliments to the 
Department of State of the United States of America and has 
the honor to inform the latter that the Royal Government of 
Cambodia has decided to endorse the Statement of Principles 
of the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism as 
adopted during the first meeting in Rabat, Morocco, on 
October 30-31, 2006.
