Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). (U) Per reftel B and ref C, the GON's MFA and MOD previously 
declined to participate in the forthcoming conference, 
according to MFA Section for Security Policy and North 
America Adviser Kristin Enstad and MOD Adviser Geir Myrseth. 
On April 26, Myrseth confirmed that CENTCOM liaison team 
leader Brigadier Alfheim will represent Norway at the 
Conference.
