Understanding cables

1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2. 
 
2. In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, this cable 
forwards the name and biodata of one police officer from Kabul 
International Airport CID unit to take DEA course INEMS #85.  The 
course is designed for law enforcement officials at the upper 
management/agency head level who are involved in the supervision of 
operational drug units.  Post has reviewed the information available 
on these individuals through NADDIS, FBI, and RAO checks and has 
found no derogatory information.  Request Department response by May 
3 since candidate nominations are due May 4.
