1. (U) This is a time-sensitive action request; please see para 3. 
 
2. (SBU) In order to comply with Leahy Amendment vetting 
requirements, this cable forwards the name of one additional 
candidate chosen as a replacement for the Herat Chief Prosecutor 
Maria Bashir's personal security detail (PSD) (ref a). 
 
3. (U) Action Request: Post requests expeditious completion of the 
new candidate as soon as possible and thanks Department for its 
expeditious vetting of the first list (ref b). 
 
4. (U) INL has conducted in-country vetting and possesses no 
evidence that the candidate has committed human rights violations. 
 
5. (SBU) Following is the biographical data for the additional PSD
