EmbOff delivered demarche to Ambassador Bernard 
Tanoh-Boutchoue, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director of the 
Office of UN and International Organizations, concerning the 
USG position on UNSCR 1747 and Iran's failure to comply with 
previous resolutions.  Boutchoue was aware of the resolution 
and the key components and was eager to review in detail the 
points the Department outlined in the non-paper.  Emboff 
provided a written translation of the non-paper and the 
resolution.
