1. This is an action request. 
 
2. In order to comply with Leahy vetting requirements, post is 
forwarding the names of four Afghan National Army (ANA) officers 
selected by Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan 
(CSTC-A) to participate in military education courses at the Near 
East South Asia (NESA) Center regional seminar. Post has vetted 
these individuals and found no derogatory information.
