Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

(U) We delivered reftel invitation to the FBI-sponsored June 
11-15 Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism Law 
Enforcement Conference in Miami to Bora Kerimoglu, Chief of 
Section, MFA Department of Arms Control and Disarmament on 
March 8.  Kerimoglu promised to inform target agencies, 
including Turkish National Police (TNP), immediately and 
advise us prior to March 30 on GOT interest in attending the 
conference.
