Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:

  1. (SBU) Embassy Wellington requests country clearance for 
Regional Security Officer (RSO) James P. Doherty for travel 
to Apia, Samoa during the period February 19-23 2007. The 
purpose of this trip is to conduct a constituent post visit. 
 
2 (SBU) Itinerary is as follows: 
Arrival: 19 February 2007, 22:30 hrs 
Departure: 23 February 2007, 0315 hrs 
 
3. (U) Post requires no further assistance. Accomodations
