Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). ΒΆ1. (SBU) Post delivered reftel list of entities designated 
under E.O. 13382 to Donatas Ziugzda, Head of the Arms 
Control, Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Division of the 
MFA.  Ziugzda once again thanked the USG for providing this 
information in a timely basis.  He assured post that the list 
would receive the proper distribution and the GOL would 
continue vigorously to enforce UNSCR 1737.
