¶1.  EconPolCouns and EconPolOff delivered reftel demarche on 
February 13 to Brigadier Kurt Hager.  As the Austrian 
Interior Ministry's Director for Bilateral Affairs, Hager 
manages Austria's international police training missions, 
among other things. 
 
¶2.  Hager said he would pursue our request within the 
Austrian government.  He undertook to provide a response as 
soon as possible.
