Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

February 13 to Brigadier Kurt Hager.  As the Austrian 
Interior Ministry's Director for Bilateral Affairs, Hager 
manages Austria's international police training missions, 
among other things. 
 
2.  Hager said he would pursue our request within the 
Austrian government.  He undertook to provide a response as 
soon as possible.
