¶1. This is an action request.  This cable requests the 
Department of State to initiate a Departmental review of the 
following Moroccan national:

Purpose: to attend the NESA Executive Combating Terrorism 
Seminar in Washington, DC from April 10 - 25, 2007.

violations and has found no derogatory information.
