¶1. This is an action request.  This cable requests the 
Department of State to initiate a Departmental review of the 
following Moroccan national:

Unit: 3rd Bureau -- Rabat 
 
Purpose: to attend the NESA Executive Seminar in Washington, 
DC from February 20 - March 16,  2007.

and has found no derogatory information.
