officer in the Americas Division at the New Zealand Ministry of 
Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) and Wendy Hinton, United Nations, 
Human Rights and Commonwealth Division at MFAT.  MFAT officials 
informed us they took the points under advisement and shared them 
with the New Zealand mission in New York.
