1. (U) PolOff delivered (reftel a) demarche requesting that 
the GOI support the Australian amendment to the annual Cuba 
Embargo Resolution at the UNGA to MEA Deputy Secretary Manish 
(UN Political) on Nov 8.  He said that he would pass the 
information to his superiors at the MEA, but offered no 
substantive comment.
