¶1. This is an action request.  This cable requests the 
Department of State to initiate a Departmental review of the 
following Moroccan national:

POB:  Fes, Morocco

Rank: O-5 
Unit: Military Hospital - Rabat 
Purpose: To attend the Medical Strategic Leader Course at Ft 
Sam Houston, TX from December 13, 2006 - to March 31, 2007

¶2.  The Regional Security Office and Political Section have 
completed an internal vetting of the Moroccan national listed 
above for human rights violations and have found no 
derogatory information.
