Understanding cables

for a civilian official to attend the Centcom conference on 
Iraq to MFA Assistant Under Secretary for Coordination and 
Follow Up Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.  Shaikh 
Abdul Aziz was aware of the conference and had already 
instructed Bahrain's Ambassador to Poland, resident in 
Germany, to attend the Warsaw meeting.
