1.  Embassy Kabul welcomes Col. Stuart Harris, USMC, Deputy 
Director for Operations, Office of Weapons Removal and 
Abatement (PM/WRA), and grants country clearance for his 
visit to Afghanistan on August 29 to September 5, 2006, to 
conduct field site visits to HMA locations in Afghanistan.
