Understanding cables

ΒΆ1. (U) In order to comply with Leahy requirements, Post is 
forwarding the names and biodata of two Afghan officers 
selected for IMET training.  They will attend the Senior 
Executive Seminar to be held at the Marshall Center, Germany, 
which is scheduled to begin August 28, 2006.  Both 
individuals been interviewed by the office of the program 
coordinator for IMET at CSTC-A.  Afghan MoD is conducting 
background in-country background checks.  However due to time 
constraints Post is sending this list forward now.
