Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. Linking to a specific paragraph in the body of a cable is also possible by copying the appropriate link (to be found at theparagraph symbol). 1. (SBU) Upon receipt of reftel, Acting PolCouns provided 
talking points on Lebanon force generation conference to MFA 
Americas Director Henryk Szlajfer.  After consultation with 
MFA senior leadership, Szlajfer notified Acting PolCouns that 
MFA U/S Stanislaw Komorowski would lead the Polish delegation 
attend both the 1330 core group pre-meeting and the 1500 full 
meeting.  U/S Komorowski will be accompanied by Szlajfer and 
MFA Security Policy Director Robert Kupiecki, as well as an 
as yet unnamed representative of the General Staff.
