SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST FOR KABUL REFCOORD GWEN 
PASCOE 
 
 
1.  Embassy Kabul requests country clearance for Gwen Pascoe, 
PRM Coordinator, to travel to Islamabad and Peshawar to see 
PRM funded projects and refugee camps on July 23-27, 2006. 
 
 2. Embassy Kabul requests assistance with transportation and 
hotel arrangements in Islamabad.   Ms. Pascoe departs Kabul 
on July 23 at 2:45 p.m. in the UNHAS flight, arriving in 
Islamabad at 04:15 p.m. and returns to Kabul on July 27. 
 
3. Embassy Kabul also requests assistance with flights to and 
lodging in Peshawar.  Ms. Pascoe's TA number is 34036TA473. 
 
4. Ms. Pascoe holds a top secret clearance.
