Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

1.    In response to questions in reftel, Zimbabwe Sugar 
Sales (ZSS) reported that it plans to ship Zimbabwe's full 
allocation of sugar to the U.S. for delivery by September 30, 
2006. 
 
2.  ZSS reported that Zimbabwe could supply an additional 
3,000 MTRV by September 30, 2006 if there is an increase in 
the U.S. TRQ.
