(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarche April 24 to MFA Human 
Rights Policy Officer Guillaume Teerling.   According to 
Teerling, the GONL will vote in favor of admitting Magen 
David Adom (MDA).  Teerling added that the issue will be put 
before the Dutch cabinet in the next few weeks, that this is 
now little more than a formality, and that the MFA expects 
"absolutely no problem" with the cabinet.
