Per reftel, Poloff presented talking points requesting 
support of the U.S.-India nuclear cooperation initiative to 
Victor Murillo, in the office of Multilateral Affairs at the 
Foreign Ministry.  Murillo stated that, while the GOCR views 
the accord as generally positive, further discussion will be 
needed to determine the level of public support it can 
extend.  Post expects a more definitive answer in a week or 
two.
