Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

ΒΆ1. (U) PolOff met March 3 with Ministry of Foreign Affairs 
Chief of Staff Jacques Djoli and delivered reftel statements 
and talking points. Djoli said the GDRC was very interested 
in what the IAEA would report to the UNSC, and hoped it would 
spur Iran to curtail its nuclear ambitions. Djoli agreed that 
Iran's nuclear ambitions pose a serious security threat in 
the region and that a global solution should be found to the 
problem.
