1.  Embassy Kabul welcomes John J. Hillmeyer, Tajikistan Desk 
officer, and grants country clearance for his visit to 
Afghanistan on March 30 - April 2, 2006, to attend the 
Central - Asian Cucasus Institute "Partership, Trade, and 
Development in Greater Central Asia".  Control Officer is 
Aaron Jensen, Political Officer, email addres:

number 011-937-990-79291.  All travelers should bring USG ID 
for identification purposes and to obtain an Embassy ID. 
 
2. Due to regulations and respect to host country, Embassy 
Kabul cannot support visitors on Fridays, therefore, post is 
requesting Mr. Hillmeyer to arrive in Kabul on Thursday, 
March 30, 2006. 
 
3. Embassy Kabul will provide transportation, security, 
escorts and lodging.
