Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

ΒΆ1.  (SBU)  UNSC Coordination Unit desk officer for Africa 
Pavol Popjak told us March 23 that Slovakia fully supports 
the U.S. draft resolution on AMIS re-hatting, and has "no 
objection" to making a decision on the draft "today."  Popjak 
told us that French changes to resolution language regarding 
"regional organizations" was, perhaps, better for Slovakia, 
but that regardless of this specific language they agreed 
with the text of the resolution.
