 (SBU) We delivered ref A points, as well as the President's 
and Secretary's public statements, regarding the IAEA Board 
of Governors resolution on Iran to Vaclovas Salkauskas, head 
of the MFA's Middle East Division, February 13.  Salkauskas 
said that the GOL continues to stand fully behind the 
decision to refer Iran to the UN Security Council, echoing 
previous demarches on this subject (refs B-C).
