Poloff delivered reftel talking points to Dr. Ziad Kodah, 
Director General of the Jordan National Atomic Energy 
Commission (JNAEC) on January 29.  Dr. Kodah was aware of the 
conference and had identified a JNAEC nuclear engineer, 
Khalil Awad, to attend the conference.  Mr. Awad is awaiting 
an Austrian visa.
