01/13/06 delivery to offices of Deputy Secretary Sell and U/S 
Joseph (ATTN Timbie). 
 
2.  (SBU)  The Embassy has confirmed/confirmed GOF meetings 
for delegation led by DOE Deputy Secretary Sell and U/S 
Joseph on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, as follows: 
 
 
-- 0930 hrs: Alain Bugat, Administrateur General, French 
Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) 
 
-- 1100 hrs: Stanislas Lefebvre de Laboulaye, Director 
General Political and Security Affairs, French MFA
