Understanding cables

Poloff delivered reftel demarche to MFA officials in the 
Office of Multilateral Affairs and a member of Cabinet, but 
the officials declined to make a commitment to support the 
U.S. position.  In a follow-up conversation, the Cabinet 
member said that the Chief of Cabinet would review the 
matter.  Post will report any developments on this matter
