SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST - TOD DURAN TO APIA 
 
 
1.  Embassy requests country clearance for Political Officer 
Tod Duran to travel to Apia, Samoa from October 24 - 
November 7, 2005.  The purpose of Mr. Duran's visit is to 
act as principal officer during the absence of Charge Tim 
Harley. 
 
2.  Mr. Duran will arrive at Faleolo Airport in Apia on 
Polynesian Airlines flight PH 746 on Sunday October 23 at 
9:55 PM.  He will depart Wednesday, November 9, at 05:15 AM 
on Air New Zealand flight NZ439. 
 
3.  Assistance is requested in securing hotel accommodation 
for this time period.
