Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

Polcouns delivered the demarche on the Holocaust Remembrance 
Resolution to the Foreign Ministry's Director of Multilateral 
Affairs, Julio Garro, and Director of UN Affairs, Miguel 
Barreto, on 10/24.  Garro said that Peru strongly supports 
the Holocaust Remembrance Resolution, expects it to pass by 
consensus, and added that Peru's Permrep in New York is 
actively coordinating with his Israeli counterpart on this 
issue.
