Understanding cables

If you find meaningful or important information in a cable, please link directly to its unique reference number. 1.  Charge shared reftel information with Simon Murdoch, CEO 
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).  Murdoch 
is the most senior career official at the Ministry. Murdoch 
agreed to review the information and forward it to 
appropriate ministry officials. 
 
2.  On September 12, Rosemary Paterson, Director of MFAT's 
Consular Division, informed Charge that the Cabinet had 
approved New Zealand's participation in the International 
Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.
