1. Summary: During a visit to Letecke Opravovne Trencin
(LOT) in Trencin, Slovakia, Emboff completed inventory,
security check, and integrity check of equipment described
reftel (License Number 05-924961). Emboff reported no
issues; all licensed items were accounted for in triple-
barrier storage at a secure site. There were no
indications of license violation. End Summary.

2. On August 30, Emboff performed a site visit to LOT in
Trencin, Slovakia, to complete the inventory of licensed
equipment described reftel. Receipt and use pursuant to
License was confirmed. Emboff noted that the Slovaks are
using these systems at a secure military aviation repair
site, inside a locked building, inside a secure aviation
electronics and communication repair room, where they are
stored inside a locked cabinet. Calibration checks on the
T-36 and T-47 were both past due; Emboff will verify that
their authorized repair and calibration shipping and
handling procedures are secure. LOT understands that it
cannot diagnose, calibrate, or repair the units on-site and
that Tel-Instrument Electronic Corp is the only authorized
repair facility. LOT did not have a copy of the License
available for review; Emboff requested that the supervisor
of the repair facility confirm in writing that a copy of
the License will be translated into Slovak and kept at the
LOT facility.
