Post received a diplomatic note in reply to the invitation to 
send a delegations to the SEDM Nation Parliamentarian 
Executive Seminar on Weapons of Mass Destruction and 
Proliferation Prevention scheduled to be held on August 20- 
September 1, 2005 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.  The GOT is not able 
to send a delegation to participate in this seminar.  MFA 
Arms Control and Disarmament Department Head Osman Yavuzalp 
advised Post that it is difficult to staff these invitations 
on short notice, particularly during the peak summer holiday 
period.
