Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

Pol/Econ chief delivered reftel demarche April 18 on the 
G8-BMENA literacy workshop in Algiers April 24-26 to MFA 
Director for Bilateral Affairs Dhafer Al Umran.  Al Umran was 
unaware of the workshop but agreed that, as host of the 
November Forum for the Future (FfF) conference, Bahrain 
should attend as many G8-BMENA events as possible.  He said 
he would communicate with the Ministry of Education and get 
back to us on the composition of the Bahraini delegation.
