Understanding cables
Every cable message consists of three parts:
  • The top box shows each cables unique reference number, when and by whom it originally was sent, and what its initial classification was.

2.   SPANISH DAILY EL PAIS REPORTED THAT FRENCH POLICE 
  ARRESTED TWO ALLEGED MEMBERS OF ETA ON APR. 28, 2005. 
  THE ARREST TOOK PLACE IN CAUSSADE, FRANCE, WHEN THEY 
  ATTEMPTED TO RECOVER A HANDBAG CONTAINING CLOTHES, A 
  PISTOL WITH ETA'S ANAGRAM AND FALSE IDENTIFICATION, 
  WHICH THEY HAD INAVERTENTLY FORGOTTEN IN A SELF SERVICE 
  LAUNDRY SHOP.  ACCORDING TO POLICE INVESTIGATORS ONE OF 
  THE DETAINEES (ESQUISABEL URTUZAGA) WAS CURRENTLY AN 
  IMPORTANT MEMBER IN THE ETA'S INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS 
  AND HAD OCUPIED IMPORTANT POSITIONS IN THE MILITARY 
  STRUCTURES OF THE ORGANIZATION.
